Story: This was written specifically for the Olympics. I listened to a lot of John Williams, realized what a hack I was, but continued to try to write John-Williams-style anyway. This is one of the songs that resulted.

Story: As I was building this music, I had a vision of kittens fighting on a battlefield. Hey, don’t ask me what that means. In the end, the song reminded me of conquest, in the little kids’ team of underdogs beats the favorite (ala Bad News Bears) kind of way. Let me know if I’m off the mark on that one.
